Well we were off to a flying start here at Cattco when we acted jointly with Smart4 in the sale of the former B&Q Warehouse on North Road Darlington to The Store Room. We also completed the letting of the final unit at Fintry Estates/Hargreaves Property Ventures Retail Park in Bridlington to Cooplands Bakers and the scheme is now fully let and due to open shortly.
